Abstract: ObjectiveTo provide evidence for intervention measures on hypertension through a survey of the KAP of the hypertension in rural population and to analyse related influence factors.MethodsAn investigation on konwledge,attitude, practice(KAP)and the related influence factors of KAP were conducted among people aged 35 years old and over in rural with a questionnaire by multi-factor Logistic regression method.ResultsThe pass rate of total KAP of hypertension were 24.8%,62.4% and 26.3%,respectively.The muhi-factor Logistic regression indicated that the K score was related to age and education;A score and P,score were related to sex and K score.ConclusionKAPscore was low.It was necessary to carry out health education program to improve knowledge on hypertension for all rural population.
