Abstract: ObjectiveTo realize contribution of hematopoietic stem cells(CHSC)related knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)among medical students and provide reference for CHSC propaganda.MethodsA self-filled questionnaire on CHSC was used randomly among students of 3 medical universities in Guangxi.Results95.61% of the students once heard the CHSC,92.70% of them knew signficance of CHSC;But only 35.30% students knew that CHSC could not do harm to the health.19.26% of them knew the health standard of CHSC.Binary Logistic regression showed that health condition was the biggest effect factor to wish and practice of CHSC(Beta=-0.503);79.97% of the students hoped save the people#s life among positive motive of CHSC.69.37% of them worried that hemato poietic stem cells were used to seek illegal benefit by some people among negative motive of CHSC.ConclusionLarge amount of knowledge towards CHSCshould be widely and deeply propagated.
