Abstract: ObjectiveTo find out insurants'satisfaction level to basic medical insurance system in Nanjing and explore the factors which influenced insurants'satisfaction.MethodsUsing a self-designed questionnaire of the insurants'satisfaction,1 735 insurants'satisfaction level were evaluated,and the factors were also anascorelyzed by the method of factor analysis and Logistic regression.ResultsThe total of the insurants satisfaction was 2.82,and nearly 79% of the investigated was above 2.5.The insurants who are older with higher education background,weak health,lower income,with weak cognizance, and lower access to medicine mighthave a lower satisfaction level.ConclusionMore attention should be paid on the research of insurants'satisfaction to basic medical insurance system and some effective measures should be taken to improve insurants' satisfaction level.
