健康人群谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1基因型分布

Study on genetic polymorphism of glutathione S-transferase M1 in healthy Han and Yao population

摘要: 目的探讨广东地区瑶族和汉族健康人群谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1(GSTM1)基因多态性的分布。方法采用双重PCR方法检测237例瑶族和229例汉族人群GSTM1基因型。结果瑶族和汉族人群GSTM1缺失基因型频率分别为68.35%(162/237)及64.19%(147/229),2者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同民族不同性别之间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广东地区瑶族和汉族健康人群GSTM1基因呈多态性分布。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of g lutathione-S-tran sferase M1(GSTM1)gene polymorphism in health Yao and Han nationalities of Guang dong povince.MethodsThe genotypes of GS.TM1 in 237 Yao and 229 Han people were detected by duplicate PCR technique.ResultsThe frequency of GSTM1 null genotype in Yao nationality was 68.35% (162/237),where as thatin Han nationality was 64.19% (147/229).No significant difference between the frequencies of these two groups was observed(P>0.05).There were also no statistical differences between that of males and females within the same nationality(P>0.05).ConclusionDistributions of GSTM1 genes are polymorphic in Han and Yao poplation in Guangdong,China.
