牛磺酸联合纳洛酮对脑挫伤大鼠保护作用

Protective effects of taurine combined naloxone on rats with brain contusion

  • 摘要: 目的探讨牛磺酸联合纳洛酮对脑挫伤大鼠的保护作用及机制。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、脑挫伤模型组、牛磺酸治疗组、纳洛酮治疗组以及牛磺酸联合纳洛酮治疗组。评价指标包括细胞内Ca2+浓度、脑匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量、脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸及乳酸含量。结果与模型组以及单纯治疗组(牛磺酸治疗组、纳洛酮治疗组)比较,牛磺酸联合纳洛酮治疗组能明显降低脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸及乳酸含量、脑皮层胞内Ca2+、MDA的含量(P<0.05),并且明显增高皮层SOD以及GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05)。结论牛磺酸联合纳洛酮对大鼠脑挫伤保护作用明显。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the protective effects of taurine combined with naloxone on rats with brain contusion.MethodsWistar rats were randomly divided into five groups,including control group,brain contusion model group,taurine group,naloxone group and taurine combined with naloxone group respectively.In the end of the study,the content of intracellular calcium,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and content of malondialdehy de(MDA)in the cortex of contusion side and excitatory amino acids and lactic acid in cerebr ospinal fluid were detected.ResultsCompared with model group and the other treated groups,the contents of intracellular calcium,MDA in the cortex of contusion side and excitatory amino acids and lactic acid in cerebrospinal fluid in the taurine combined with naloxone group significantly reduced,and the SOD activity(P<0.05)inc eased.ConclusionThe treatment of taurine combined with nalox one can protect effectively the brain with contusion.
