大鼠肠道菌群对芹菜素代谢影响

Metabolism of apigenin by rat intestinal flora

  • 摘要: 目的研究大鼠肠道菌群对芹菜素的代谢影响。方法采用SD大鼠的新鲜粪便,用人工肠液溶解后加入芹菜素标准溶液,37℃厌氧孵化后采用(RP-HPLC)方法对芹菜素的代谢情况进行定量分析。结果孵化后1h芹菜素迅速被肠道菌群代谢,随着孵化时间的延长,芹菜素被大鼠肠道菌群代谢降解的速度放缓。结论在离体条件下,芹菜素容易被大鼠肠道菌群代谢。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the metabolism of apigenin in vit ro intestinal flora from rat.MethodsApigenin was added to the rat fecal flora which was solved in the artificial intestinal juice.The mixture were anaerobically incubated at 37℃,then the metabolism of apigenin was analyzed and quantified by RP-HPLC.ResultsApigenin was fast metabolized by rat intestinal flora after incubated 1 h.With the persistence of the incubation time,the speed slowed.ConclusionIn vitro,apigenin is easily metabolized by rat intestinal flora.
