消化系统癌症与饮食关系病例对照研究

A case-control study on relevancy between diet and digestive system cancers

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨饮食及饮食习惯与消化系统癌症发病之间的关系,为癌症预防和合理膳食提供科学依据.方法 采用流行病学调查方法,将确诊的66例消化系统癌症患者作为病例组,按1:2配对,随机抽取性别、年龄等匹配的132名健康居民作为对照组.进行相关饮食情况调查,并通过条件Logistic回归分析筛选主要危险因素.结果 经常吃泡菜腌菜、油炸食品、烟熏食品、动物油、腊肉制品、过热饮食是消化系统癌症的危险因素;经常吃绿叶蔬菜、水果、鲜肉类、奶类是保护因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 饮食因素与消化系统癌症的发生密切相关.日常生活应注意合理膳食,改变不良生活方式与饮食习惯.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore tne relevancy between diet and the pathogeny of digestive system cancers and offer the scientific bases for cancer prevention.Methods 66 diagnosed cancer patients were taken as research cases and 132 cases of the same sex and age were picked up randomly as a non-cancer control group to carry out a 1:2 matched case-control study.By condition Logistic regressive analysis,the main risk factors were screened out among 26 potential diet factors related to the cancer.Results Addiction to pickles,fries,smoked foods,animal oil,preserved pork and hot diet were risk factors for digestive system cancers.Preference for greens,fruits,fresh meat and milk were protective factors.All factors above based on the statistic evidence(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Diet factors have a close relevancy with the pathogeny of digestive system cancers.Proper diet in daily life should be kept and the inappropriate living and diethabits should be changed.
