硝酸亚铈体内抗肿瘤作用机制

Study on anti-tumor activity of cerium nitrate in vivo and it’s mechanism

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨硝酸亚铈体内抗肿瘤作用机制.方法 采用小鼠肝癌腹水型细胞(H22)建立荷瘤小鼠动物模型.硝酸亚铈治疗2周后,计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾指数、刺激指数(SI);测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平.结果 硝酸亚铈3个剂量组、环磷酰胺组的瘤重与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);硝酸亚铈50,100 mg/kg组胸腺指数与环磷酰胺组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);硝酸亚铈100 mg/kg组脾指数与阴性对照组和环磷酰胺组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);硝酸亚铈50 mg/kg组刺激指数与阴性对照组(P<0.01)和环磷酰胺组(P<0.01)比较差异有统计学意义;硝酸亚铈50 mg/kg组血清SOD水平与阴性对照组(P<0.05)和环磷酰胺组(P<0.01)比较差异有统计学意义;硝酸亚铈200 mg/kg组血清GSH的水平与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 硝酸亚铈具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,主要是通过提高机体的免疫力,来增强机体抗氧化能力.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate anti-tumor activity of cerium nitrate in vivo and it's mechanism.Methods 60 Kunming(KM)mice were used in this experiment.To set up KM bearing H22 mice model by injecting tumor cells into left inguinal groove.Then the mice were treated with cerium nitrate(50,100,200 mg/kg)for two weeks.After that,inhibition ratio,thymus index,spleen index and stimulation index(SI)were calculated.The level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and reduced glutathinoe(GSH)were detected with enzyme-chemical.Results The tumor weitht of three groups of cerium nitrate and C YT group were lower compared with negative control group(P<0101).The thymus indexes of cerium nitrate 50 mg/ kg and 100 mg/kg group were significantly higher than that of C YT group.The spleen index of cerium nitrate 100 mg/kg group was obviously higher than that of negative control group and C YT group(P<0105).Stimulation index of cerium nitrate 50 mg/kg group was obviously higher than that of negative control group(P<0101)and C YT group(P<0.05).The serum SOD level of cerium nitrate 50 mg/kg group was higher than that of negative control group(P<0.05)and C YT group(P<0.01).The GSH levels of cerium nitrate 200 mg/kg group notably higher than that of negative control gruop(P <0.05).Conclusion Cerium nitrate inhibits growth of tumor through activating immune functions of mice and promoting capabilities on anti-oxidation.
