贵阳市老年人代谢综合征影响因素分析

Analysis on influence factors of elders’ metabolic syndrome

摘要: 目的探讨老年人代谢综合征(MS)的影响因素,为防治代谢综合征提供依据.方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取贵阳市城区老年人1508人,对老年人代谢综合征的症候群及影响因素进行多因素有序Logit回归分析.结果丧偶者的OR值为1.225,95%CI=1.005~1.492;人月均收入的OR值为1.108,95%CI=1.004~1.222;参加社会(集体)活动的OR值为0.963,95%CI=0.944~0.984.结论经常参加集体活动可改善老年人代谢综合征,婚姻状况和家庭人均月收入与老年人代谢综合征有关.

Abstract: Objective To research effective factors of metabolic syndrome(MS)and to provide clue to prevent MS.Methods Using multi-stages sampling,we investigated 1508 elders' MS.Cumulative odds model was used to passive com ponents of M S and its effective factors.Results Elders' marriage statusOR and 95%CI was 1.225(1.005-1.492).Elders' earning of per month's OR and 95%CI was 1.108(1.004-1.222).Elders' taking part in social activity's O R and 95%CI was 0.963(0.944-0.984).Conclusion It was benefit to less syndrome of MS for elders to take part in social activity.Elders' marriage status and earning was relative to MS.
