氦氖激光对心肌梗死大鼠血清自由基影响

Effect of He-Ne laser on serum free radicals in rats with myocardial infarction

  • 摘要: 目的探讨氦氖激光对心肌梗死大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法以特定的氦氖激光强度、经不同的照射时间照射心肌梗死大鼠心前区,观察血清自由基水平的改变。结果氦氖激光照射心肌梗死大鼠心前区10和20min时血清中SOD升高(48.86,50.22 U/ml),与对照组比较(44.28U/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA降低(3.94,3.99 nmol/L),与对照组比较(4.78nmol/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);照射20min时血清中NO升高(388.86μmol/L),与对照组比较(286.46μmol/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光照射心前区对于冠心病、心肌缺血的治疗有一定意义。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo probe into the effect of He-Ne laser on superoxide dismutase(SOD),malon-dialdehyde (MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)in the serum of the rats with myocar dial infarction.MethodsThe myocardial infarcted rats were ir adiated on their precordial regions by HE-Ne laser with certain intensity for different time to observe changes of serum free radical levels.ResultsCompared with the control group(44.28U/ml),the content of SODin myocar dial infarcted rats irridiated by He-Ne laser for 10 and 20 min increased significantly(48.86,50.22 U/ml,P<0.05).Compared with the control group(4.78 nmol/L),the content of serum MDA decreased significantly(3.94,3.99 nmol/L,P<0.05).By 20min irradiating,compared with the control group(286.46μmol/L),the content of NO in rats.serum increased significantly (388.86μmol/L,P<0.05).ConclusionHe-Ne laser irradiation on the precordial region has certain significance in treating coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia.
