Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the effectiveness of training and promotion of the technique of acupuncture at shoulder pain point for frozen shoulder tr eatment and to discuss main factors related with the effectiveness.MethodsMedical workers were chosen to take concentrated training and then returned back to their medical institutions for the generalization of the technique.Relevant info rmation was got by follow-up and investigation.Effectiveness of the training and gener alization was analysed.ResultsAfter training,the average score of the trainees got a 49.04 incnease,and the awareness rate also got an increase of 42.61%.The rates of requirement and mastering by medical workers were both 100%.The rate of usage and effectiveness was 40.74%,93.45%,respectively.ConclusionThe training and promotion of the acupuncture at shoulder pain point for frozen shoulder were effective.The technique is greatly suitable for the generalization among rural dwellers.
