地震后灾区伤员心理状况分析

Study on psychological status of the wounded from areas of earthquake disaster

  • 摘要: 目的分析地震后灾区伤员的内心真实感受,以利于护理人员更好地为伤员提供健康服务,同时为更多的人了解灾区病患状况借鉴。方法采用现象学研究法,与中国医科大学附属一院爱心病房16位患者进行深入访谈,现场录音和笔录,将获得的资料进行整理分析。结果灾区伤员从地震时的惊慌、恐惧、悲观绝望心理到现阶段的焦虑、抑郁或接受、积极乐观的心理。由于突如其来的灾难,使灾区人们心中留下了阴影,敏感性增强,有着很大的精神压力。结论护理人员应对住院的灾区伤员采取个性化的护理措施,及时采取有效的心理救助技术,预防"创伤后应激障碍"的发生;同时需要社会各界的广泛支持。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveAnalyze the true feelings of the wounded personnel from earthquake disaster areas,so as to facilitate nursing staff to provide better psychological nursing for the wounded,and to provide references for more people to understand the situation of people from disaster areas.MethodsUsing phenomenology study to have in-depth interviews with 16 patients in the caring wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University,recording and transcripting the information from the field survey,analyzing,organizing,and raising the theme.ResultsThe wounded from the earthquake disaster areas had turned from the panic,fear,despair pessimism to psychological anxiety,depr ession or acceptance,positive and optimistic mind.As a result of the sudden disaster,there had left a shadow in the heart of people from desaster areas,the sensitivity was enhanced,and the people had heavy mental pressure.ConclusionThe nursing staff should take personalized nursing measures and effective psy chological assistance timely to the wounded from the disaster areas so as to prevent post-traumatic stress disorder.
