Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish a model of peer education on AIDS prevention in "TC Home" of Hubei Xiaogan Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Institute.MethodsField research and Delphi method were used.ResultsThe net peer education model and radiation peer education model were constructed.The net peer education model was adopted when TC was in small scale and radiation peer education model was adopted when TC was in large scale.The recovery rates of twice consultations were 100% and 80%.The authoritative coefficients of twice consultations were 0.67 and 0.68.The Kendall's Wof twice consultations were 0.39,0.50.The framework contained 56 items after twice consultations.ConclusionSuitable peer education model should be selected according to the different scales of "TC Home".
