结核病防治人员工作满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of job satisfaction and it’s influence factors among TB control staff

  • 摘要: 目的了解我国结核病防治工作人员(结防人员)满意度基本情况,为结防人力资源发展提供参考。方法对6省1099名结防人员进行问卷调查,采用单因素和多因素分析方法,对结防人员工作满意度及影响因素进行分析。结果我国结防人员总满意度平均得分58.96分。得分最高的6个单项满意度由高到低依次是:同事关系、工作胜任力和成就感、人际关系、单位发展、工作胜任和工作前途,得分依次为4.40,4.03,3.97,3.92,3.84和3.67分;得分最低的6个单项满意度由低到高依次是:目前报酬、工作压力和疲劳、相对报酬、福利保障、薪酬待遇和分配制度,得分依次为2.51,2.75,2.86,2.94,3.00和3.08分。机构级别、机构地域、机构类型和岗位类型是总满意度的主要影响因素。结论我国结防人员总满意度较低,对工作报酬较低是影响我国结防人员满意度不高的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the job satisfaction among TB control staff in China and to provide evidence for TB human resources development.Methods1099 TB control practitioners from 6 provinces were investigated by questionnaire.Using quantitative analysis included single and multiple factor analysis,the job satisfaction of TB staff and it's influence factors were analyzed.ResultsThe average scale of job satisfaction among TB control staff was 58.96.The highest scaled single facet from high to low were colleagues relationship,job competency and achievement,personal relationship,future development of institute,competence for job and further development of job,the corresponding scale were 4.40,4.03,3.97,3.92,3.84, and 3.67.The lowest scaled single facet from low to high were rewards,job pressure and exhaustion,comparable rewards, benefits,compensation and pay system,the corresponding scale were 2.51,2.75,2.86,2.94,3.00 and 3.08.The level,location,type of the institute and the type of position were the statistically significant influence factors of job satisfaction.ConclusionJob satisfaction of TB control staff in China is relatively low and the rewards is the main influence factor of job satisfaction.
