化学合成氧化电位水毒性评价

Experimental study on toxicity of chemosynthetic electrolyzed-oxidizing water

  • 摘要: 目的 评价化学合成方法制备的氧化电位水(EOW)的毒性,为其推广使用提供科学依据。方法 应用化学合成法生成EOW,采用动物试验对其毒性进行评价。结果 小鼠经口蓄积试验结果为蓄积毒性极轻级(K=5.0)。对家兔皮肤刺激强度积分为0分,属无刺激性。对家兔眼刺激强度积分6 h后为3分,24 h后为1分,亦属无刺激性;各剂量组嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCE/正染红细胞数(NCE)均>1.0,阴性对照组与阳性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),无致微核作用。各剂量组实验动物精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴性对照组与阳性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),无致精子畸形作用。结论 化学合成EOW经口无蓄积毒性,无致微核和致精子畸形作用,对皮肤、眼无刺激性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the toxicity of electrolyzed2oxidizing water(EOW)made by chemical synthesis in order to provide fundamental data for its application.Methods Electrolyzed2oxidizing water was made by chemical synthesis.Animal test was used to evaluate the toxicity of EOW.Results The dermal irritation test and acute eye irritation test for EOW was negative.The micronucleus test and sperm malformation test for EOW were negative,with no significant difference compared with negative control group.Conclusion EOW shows no accumulative toxicity by oral exposure and negative results in micronucleus test and sperm malformation test and non-irritating to skin and eye in rabbits.
