农村居民健康相关知识获得方式及需求分析

Research on health-related knowledge acquisition mode and demand in rural residents

  • 摘要: 目的 了解山东省农村地区居民健康相关知识获得的方式以及需求,为进一步改善农村地区的健康教育提供建议.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取了山东省8个县,40个行政村共20087人.由调查员持调查问卷入户进行面对面的调查.结果 被调者查中只有33.0%的人主动获取卫生保健知识,79.0%的人最想知道疾病预防方面的知识;获取的主要途径是电视、医生以及报刊杂志,分别占59.0%,34.1%和10.1%;60.5%的人希望通过医生获取.结论 农村居民主动获取卫生保健知识仅为33.0%.应采取农村居民喜闻乐见的方式开展健康教育.

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the health-related knowledge acquisition mode and demand of the rural residents in Shandong province to provide scientific basis for the optimizing of health education in rural a reas.Methods By multistages tratified random sampling method,20087 people were selected from 40 admin is trative villages of 8 counties.Investigators conducted face-to-face questionnaire survey in households.Results 33.0% of the respondents accessed health-related knowledgeactively.And 79.0% of respondents wanted to know the knowledge about hypertension and diabetes.The percent of respondents who got knowledge by watching TV,consulting the doctor and reading new spaper and magazine was 59.0%,34.1% and 10.1%,respectively.60.5% of the respondents wanted to know the knowledge by consulting the doctor.Conclusion There was only 33.1% of rural residents got health knowledge actively.It is necessary to carry on health education in rural a reath rough various ways.
