Abstract: Objective To develop systematic evaluation indicators for health service capacity of village clinics in China western areas.Methods Delphi method was used to develop the evaluation indicators and the wegiht of the indicators was calculated with Fuzzy analysis.Results The response rate of the Delphisurvey was over 70%.The mean of authorities was above 0.85 and the harmonious coefficients had statisticl significance(P<0.05).The weight coefficients of the indicators at first level was 0.2433,0.4008,0.2617 and 0.0942,respectively.Conclusion The structure of the systematic evaluation indicator is reasonable and the contents are integrated.There liability and validity of the evaluation indicators are good and the system has good stability and maneuverability.
