不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍儿童个性特征分析

Personality characteristics analysis in children with different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的个性特征及影响因素。方法 根据美国《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第4版(DSM-IV)诊断标准将190例7~12岁ADHD患儿分为3个亚型,采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对不同亚型ADHD患儿进行个性特征分析。结果 ADHD患儿男女之比为1:0.397,性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同亚型ADHD患儿EPQ各维度量表T分比较,情绪稳定性量表T分在3个亚型间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);混合型(CT型)患儿情绪不稳定、缺乏掩饰性的构成人数(46%,42%)大于注意缺陷为主型(PI型)(33%,24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论 CT型患儿情绪不稳定、缺乏掩饰性的个性特征明显,提示应根据不同亚型患儿个性特征制定更有针对性的心理治疗方案。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the personality characteristics in children with different subtypes of atention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and its influencing factors.Methods One hundred and ninety children aged 7-12 years with ADHD were divided into 3 subtypes according to DSMIV.The personality characteristics in different subtypes ADHD children was analyzed with EPQ and absence of personality concealing.Results The sexratio(boys/girls)was 1:0 397(P<0.01).There was a difference in Nscores for 3 subty pes ADHD children(P<0.05).The proportion of instability and absence of personality concealing in CT subtype children was 46% and 42%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05)compared with that of in IP subtype(33%,24%).Conclusion CT subtype children have emotion instability and absence of personality concealing.More specific psychological treatment should be applied to children patient with different persondity characteristics.
