螺旋藻蛋白激酶提取物对血栓形成抑制作用

Inhibitive effect of spirulinahinase extraction on thrombus formation in rats

  • 摘要: 目的 研究螺旋藻激酶(SPK)对血栓形成的影响及其作用机制。方法 小鼠静脉注射螺旋藻激酶提取物,用毛细管法和玻片法比较生理盐水组与螺旋藻激酶组凝血时间;大鼠取血浆体外实验加入螺旋藻激酶提取物,体内股静脉注射螺旋藻激酶提取物,然后分别测定凝血时间(CT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血浆凝血酶时间(TT),观察螺旋藻激酶提取物对血栓形成的作用。结果 体外实验结果显示,PT分别为(23.84±3.26),(23.28±4.4),(57.64±6.69)min;APTT分别为(23.94±3.27),(24.95±2.82),(37.15±5.96)m in;TT分别为(39.08±2.46),(69.18±5.05),(88.64±11.19)min。体内实验PT分别为(15.66±0.56),(18.33±1.81),(57.64±6.69)min;APTT分别为(23.94±3.27),(24.95±2.82),(37.15±5.96)min,TT分别为(39.08±2.46),(69.18±5.05),(88.64±11.19)min。表明螺旋藻激酶使小鼠血液凝固时间延长,并具有明显的剂量-效应依赖关系。结论 螺旋藻蛋白激酶提取物具有明显抑制血栓形成的作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the efect of spirulinakinase(SPK)extraction on thrombus formation and to explore its anti-thrombus formation mechanisms.Methods The coagulation time(CT)were compared between SPK group and control group with capillary vessel and sheet glass after SPK was injected in travenously into the rats.After add ingcerta inconcentration of SPK extraction solution to the plasma in vitro and injecting SPK extraction solution in to femoral vein,the activated partial thrombop lastin time(APTT),prothromb in time(PT)and thromb in time(TT)were tested.Results Due to the use of SPK extraction,the CT of the rats was significantly prolonged;the PT,the APTT and the TT were elongated.Conclusion The SPK extraction shows an obvious anti-coagulation effect in rats.
