甘肃省核及辐射应急医学救援资源现状调查

Investigation of nuclear and radiation emergency management resource in Gansu province

摘要: 目的了解甘肃省现有核和辐射应急医学资源及应急准备工作情况.方法以发放调查表与现场核实相结合的方法进行调查.结果被调查的163家卫生行政部门、放射卫生机构、医疗机构中已建立包括处置核和辐射应急在内的各种公共卫生突发事件应急机构和管理部门的比例分别为88.00%,31.25%,45.56%,制定包括处置核和辐射应急预案和管理部门的比例分别为36.00%,16.67%,8.89%.结论甘肃省医疗机构的核及辐射应急医学救援系统在组织体系、人力资源、物资设备和基础设施等方面初步形成一定的规模,但仍存在很大不足,亟需健全和完善.

Abstract: Objective To find out the situation of the nuclear and radition emergency management of Gansu province.Methods Questionnaire survey and field study were employed.Results In 163 administrations,organizations and hospitals investigated,the percentage of establishment of specific gronp on public emergency management or nuclear and radiation emergency management was 88.00%,31.25% and 45.56% and the percentage of making a plan for nuclear and radiation emergency management was 36.00%,16.67% and 8.89%,respectively.Conclusion The nuclear and radiation emergency management system in Gansu province is set up,but there are some inadequacies needed to be improved.
