Abstract: Objective To survev and analvze X-ray department doctors cognition,behavior and attitude to tuberculosis (TB)，and provide effective policies for prevention and treahn ent of TB.Methods The sample was randomly chosen with cluster-based sampling method and the subjects were interviewed with self-made questionnaire.Results The X-ray deparhnent doctors had good cognition on the TB controll policies Among 64 doctors interriewed,96.88% were familiar with the policy of free medical services for patients with TB and only 3.12% of them were not 87.5% of X-ray deparhn ent doctors had good know ledge of encouragement policy for diagnosis of the patients with TB.All of the X-ray department doctors chose to transfer TB patients Most of the doctors were satisfied to policies for prevention and treatment of TB.Conclusion The X-my department doctors have good cognition,action and attitude to the prevention and treatment of TB， but still need more related intensive trainings.
