环丙沙星对小鼠免疫毒性及肌肉品质影响

Effect of ciprofloxacin on immunotoxicity and muscle quality in rats

  • 摘要: 目的 研究环丙沙星对小鼠免疫毒性和肌肉品质的影响。方法 将小鼠分为对照组和环丙沙星高、中、低剂量组(44,11,5.5 mg/kg);每组10只动物,连续7 d腹腔注射给药,每日1次;通过计算小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数,观察脾淋巴细胞形态变化来探讨该药的免疫毒性;通过检测肌肉蛋白质含量、肌肉pH值,观察其对小鼠肌肉品质的影响。结果 对照组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(9.1±2.3),(6.3±1.1)mg/g,高剂量组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(6.5±1.6),(3.4±0.5)mg/g,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而中、低剂量组的脾脏指数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);环丙沙星各剂量组与对照组比较,肌肉pH值变化不明显;环丙沙星高、中、低剂量肌肉蛋白质含量分别为(24.68±0.55),(22.48±0.54),(21.22±1.25)g/100 g,与对照组(31.83±2.36)g/100 g比较明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,高剂量组脾淋巴细胞形态异常。结论 环丙沙星对小鼠具有一定的免疫毒性,明显减少了肌肉蛋白质含量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study effect of ciprofloxac in on immunotoxicity and muscle quality in rats.Methods All rats in high,middle,low dose group(44,11,5.5 mg/kg)were admin istered with intrape ritoneal injection of cipro floxac in once a day,for 7 days continuously.The thymus and spleen coefficients were calculated and morphologic change of spleniclymphocyte was observed.The changes of muscle protein content and pH values were observed.Results Thymus and spleen coefficients(mg/g)in high and low dosage group were 9.1±2.3,6.3±1.1,respectively,and those of in the controll were 6.5±1.6,3.4±0.5.The contents of muscle prote in(g/100g)in high,medium,and low dose groups were 24.68±0.55,22.48±0.54,21.22±1.25,respectively,lower than that of the control(31.83±2.36,P<0.05).Paramorphia of lymphocyte in high dose ciprofloxac in treated group was observed.Conclusion Cipro floxacin has mimunotoxicity and could reduce muscle protein significantly in rats.
