硫氰根电化学行为及其痕量测定

  • 摘要: 目的 研究硫氰根的电化学行为并对其进行痕量测定。方法 将玻璃碳电极进行电化学预处理,研究硫氰根在该电极上的电化学行为并进行痕量测定。结果 硫氰根在预处理玻碳电极上的氧化反应为不可逆的吸附过程,氧化峰电位为0.81 V,线性范围和检测限分别是6.7×10-6~6.7×10-4mol/L和3.3×10-6mol/L(S/N=3)。结论 该修饰电极可用于痕量硫氰根的直接测定。

     

    Abstract: Objective Electrochemical pretreatment method was used tomodify glassy carbon electrode(CCE) and investigate the electrochemical character of SCN-.Methods A novel electrochemically pretreated CCE(PCCE)was achieved by anodic oxidation at a higher potential,followed by potential cyclic scanning in a widerpotential Electrochemical character of SCN- was investigated and deteun fined with the electrode.Results The reaction of SCN- on PCCE was an it reversible adsorption process.The oxidation peak currents were linearwith the concentration of SCN- within a range from 6.7×10-6~6.7×10-4mol/L.The detection lin it of SCN- was 3.3×10-6 mol/L.Conclusion The PCCE can be used to detercn fine trace SCN-.
