Abstract: Objective To survey the satisfaction degree of smearpositive tuberculosis (TB)patients to TB preferetial policy and to analyze its influencing factors in six counties of Shandong province for policy inprovement.Methods Stratified-cluster random sampling was used Overa 11819 smearpositive TB patients in 6 counties of Shandong province particigated the questionnaire survey.Results Among the patients,84.2 percent (526/625) were satisfied to TB preferentialpolities; 83.0 percent(680/819) thought that they could be inspired by the polices The reasons that patients were unsatisfied were the lack of free item sand higher expenditure of supp lementary medicine.There were 22.2 percent of the patients looking for addltional reinbursem ent of expenditure of supplementary medicine and examination.Conclusion Most of TB pabents approbated that TB preferential policies could alleviate their econom is burdens,but the preference was not enough.
