沧州市居民艾滋病认知状况及态度调查

Cognition and attitude toward AIDS among residents of Cangzhou city

摘要: 目的了解河北省沧州市居民艾滋病相关政策法规掌握情况和态度现状.方法随机抽取沧州市居民3 491人,采用自行设计的调查表,入户自填或询问方式进行调查.结果对"四免一关怀"各项内容的知晓率为51.2%~60.2%,16.5%的人知道艾滋病患者不限制结婚,37.5%的人知道不应限制艾滋病患者的行动,表示可以与艾滋病病毒感染者或患者一起工作者占35%,允许子女和艾滋病病毒感染者或患者子女一起上学者占23.3%.结论被调查者艾滋病相关政策法规知晓率较低,对艾滋病患者有歧视倾向.

Abstract: Objective To understand AIDS related cognition and attitude amongre sidents of Cangzhou city.Methods Overall 3491 residents were randomly selected and surveyed.Information on AIDS related cognition and attitude was collected with a questionnaire.Results The awareness rate of "Fouritems free of charge and one care" was 51.2%-60.2%.About 16.5% of the subjects knew that AIDS patients are allowed to get married.A bout 37.5% of persons knew that AIDS patients activities should not be restricted and 35% thought that AIDS patients could work together with them.23.3% of the subjects permitted their children studying together with AIDS patients children.Conclusion The residents had lowa wareness on AIDS related cognition and tended to discr iminate against AIDS patients.
