手机辐射对孕鼠及胎鼠脑组织损伤作用

Effect of electromagnetic radiation of cell phone on brain tissue of pregnant and fetal rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨手机辐射对孕鼠和胎鼠脑组织的损伤作用.方法 孕鼠经不同强度手机辐射后,测定孕鼠及胎鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果 与对照组比较,孕鼠脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量在各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).辐射组子代脑组织中SOD活力(U/mg·prot)下降,其中高强度组(38.56±4.62)、中强度组(40.05±4.74)与对照组(43.53±5.38)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GSH-Px水平(U/mg·prot)下降,其中高强度组(33.80±6.29)、中强度组(35.03±7.18)与对照组(40.58±8.03)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDA含量(nmol/mg·prot)升高,其中高强度组(4.09±0.68)、中强度组(3.95±0.64)与对照组(2.89±0.57)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但低强度组的SOD活力(42.79±5.06)、GSH-Px水平(39.95±9.02)和MDA含量(3.05±0.76)与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 孕鼠在孕期中接受手机电磁辐射达一定时间,会对子代脑组织的抗氧化系统产生一定的损害.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of electrom agnetic radiation of cellular phone on of bra intissue of pregnant and fetalrats.Methods Pregnantrats were radiated with various levels of electromagnetic radiation and then the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and malondia ldehyde(MDA)inpregnant and fetalrats bra in tissue were tested.Results No significant difference was found in pregnantrat bra intissue among the four groups.In rats bra intissue,the content of SOD(U/mg·prot)decreased a fterirradiation with significant differences among the high intensity group(38.56±4.62),middle in tensity group(40.05±4.74)and control group(43.53±5.38,P<0.05).The content of GSH-Px(U/mg·prot)decreased after irradiation,and the differences were significant among the three groups(33.80±6.29,35.03±7.18,40.58±8.03,respectively,P<0.05).The content of MDA(nmol/mg·prot)increased after irradiation,and the differences were also significant among the three groups(4.09±0.68,3.95±0.64,2.89±0.57,respectively,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between low intensity group and control group in the content of SOD(42.79±5.06),GSH-Px(39.95±9.02)and MDA(3.05±0.76,P>0.05).Conclusion Receiving certaininten sity of electrom agnetic radiation from cell phone during pregnancy has certa in harm effect on an tioxidant system of offsprings bra intissue in rats.
