温州市城区35岁～居民代谢综合征患病调查

Metabolic syndrome prevalence among people of 35 years and elder in urban communities of Wenzhou city

摘要: 目的了解浙江省温州市35岁~人群代谢综合征(MS)患病情况.方法应用2004年中华医学会糖尿病分会中国代谢综合征诊断标准,采用多阶段随机抽样方法,从温州市3城区中随机抽取了4 106名35岁~常住居民作为调查对象.结果温州市成人代谢综合征患病率为11.5%,标化患病率为11.10%.随着年龄增加,人群MS的患病率逐渐增加.男性患病率明显高于女性(P<0.01),MS中阳性率最高为高血压,其MS组合最高为高血压+超重+血脂紊乱.结论温州市35岁~居民MS患病率较高,应进一步加强代谢综合征防治工作.

Abstract: Objective To study the prevalence of metabolic syndroma(M S)among the people aged 35 years and elder in Wenzhou city.Methods MS was diagnosed according to the definition proposed by Chinese Society for Diabetes Mellitos in 2004.Using multistage sampling,4106 people aged 35 years and elder were surveyed among 3 urban districts of Wenzhou.Results Among the people surveyed,the MS prevalence rate was 11.5%,and the age-standardized prevalence was 11.10%.The prevalence of metabolic syndrom a increased with age Men had a higher prevalence than women(P<0.01).Hypertension showed a highmte among MS components Hypertension,overweight and abnounal semmlipid was the highest in MS combinations.Conclusion The prevalencemte of MS is high in residents of Wenzhou Theprevevtion and control of MS should be strengthened.
