四川省西昌市成年人代谢综合征流行病学调查

Metabolic syndrome among adults of Xichang city, Sichuan province

  • 摘要: 目的 了解四川省西昌市成年人代谢综合征(MS)的流行现况.方法 2007-2008年采用分层整群抽样方法,对2 130名≥20岁成年人进行流行病学调查;根据2004年中华医学会糖尿病学会CDS推荐的我国成年人MS的诊断标准进行诊断.结果 西昌市成年人MS粗患病率为8.3%,年龄标化患病率为7.2%,男性和女性的年龄标化患病率分别为8.9%和5.4%;男、女性MS及其组分患病率均随着年龄的增加而升高,并且男性的发病年龄早于女性;在MS的所有组分中,血脂异常者患病率最高,标化患病率为37.1%,其次是超重或肥胖,标化患病率为23.0%,而且男性患病率高于女性.结论 西昌市MS患病率低于其他地区,而40岁~中老年人和男性MS及其组分的患病率较高,应采取相应的干预措施.

     

    Abstract: Objective To estimate the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome(M S)and its main components in general adult population in Xichang city,Sichuan province.Methods Overall 2130 people above 20 years old were selected withs tratified cluster sampling and investigated in 2007-2008.The MS was defined by the definition proposed by Chinese Society for Diabetes Mellitus in 2004.Results The crude prevalence of MS was slightly higher(8.3%).The age-adjusted preva lence of MS was 7.2%.(8.9% in men and 5.4%in women).The prevalence increased significantly with age in both sexes,and the age of onset was earlier in the menthan in the women.Dyslipidemia was the most common component(37.1%)of the MS among the study population followed by overweight(23.0%),with the prevalence significantly higher in the men than in the women.Conclusion The prevalence of MS in the adults of Xichang city is low.Men and individuals aged over 40 are the main population for MS prevetion.
