Abstract: Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of female climacteric syndrome.Methods Overall 1101 women were investigated with self-designed questionnaire,the modified menopause Kupperman rating scale and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression(CES-D).Results The female climacteric syndrome was significantly correlated with marriage quality,spouse status,working pressure,chronic disease,menses,sleeping,and depression.There were 1 014(92.7%)people with climacteric syndrome,400(36.3%)with depression.Menses,sleeping,depression were entered the regression equation.Conclusion Many factors have effect on female climacterisc syndrome,especialy menses,sleeping,and depression.
