农村中小学生问题行为及影响因素分析

Behavioral problem and its influential factors in primany and middle school students in countryside

  • 摘要: 目的 了解农村中小学生问题行为现状及其影响因素。方法 采用《问题行为早期发现测验》(PPCT)、自尊调查表(SEI)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)(儿童版)及自行设计的一般情况调查表对2363名农村中小学生进行调查。结果 农村中小学生问题行为全量表的检出率为6.3%,男生问题行为检出率高于女生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.449,P<0.05);问题行为影响因素的Logistic回归分析结果显示:性别(OR=0.492)、师生关系(OR=1.624)、自尊(OR=0.867)、个性4个维度(OR=1.055,0.976,1.030,0.975)与农村中小学生问题行为的发生有关。结论 农村中小学生问题行为的发生与多种因素有关,应加强对农村中小学生的心理健康教育,树立良好的个性及自尊,减少问题行为的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the status and influential factors of behavioral problem in primary and middle school students in countryside.Methods A total of 2 363 primary and middle schools tudents were measu red with Prediction Test of Problem Children(PPCT),Self-esteem Inventory(SEI),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and general state questionnaire.Results The detection rate of behavioral problem in the students was 6.3%.The detection rate of behavioral problem was significantly higher in boys than that of in girls(χ2=10.449,P<0.05).Gender(odds ra tioOR=0.492), the rela tionship betweens tudents and teachers(OR=1.624),self-esteem(OR=0.867),and four dimensionalities of personality(OR=1.055,0.976,1.030,0.975)influenced the detection rate of behavioral problem.Conclusion The incidence of behavioral problem is related to personality and self-esteem.Mental health education should be conducted in primary and middle schools tudents in countryside to reduce the incidence of behavioral problem.
