农村留守中学生自伤行为及与心理控制源关系

Self-injurious behavior among rural stay-at-home middle school students and its relationship with internal and external locus of control

  • 摘要: 目的探讨农村留守中学生自伤行为发生情况及其与心理控制源的关系,为儿童期自伤行为的预防及早期干预提供依据。方法横断面调查安徽省长丰及望江2县4所中学3402名学生自伤及心理控制源情况。结果中学生总体自伤发生率较高,为30.2%(1027/3402);留守中学生偶尔自伤发生率为47.3%(993/1920),明显高于非留守中学生的6.7%(100/1482),留守中学生心理控制源得分为(14.35±6.13)分,明显高于非留守中学生(12.70±3.81)分,症状自评量表的所有维度得分留守组均高于非留守组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),多因素回归分析结果表明,留守、高年级、自我报告与父亲关系较差、心理外控、躯体化和敌对得分高可能为中学生自伤发生的危险因素。结论留守中学生心理相对外控,自评症状较多,自伤发生率高,应及时采取针对性措施,预防儿童自伤行为,提高其生活质量。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the self-injurious behavior among rural stay-at-home middle school students and to probe its relationship with internal and external locus of control for the prevention and early intervention of self-injurious behavior among the students.MethodsTotally 3 402 students in four schools of Changfeng and Wangjiang counties of Anhui provinec were sampled.The locus of control and self-harm state were investigated.ResultsThe rate of total self-injurious behavior of the students was high.The rate of self-injurious behavior of stay-at-home middle school students was much higher than those of non-stay-at-home ones.The scores of the SCL-90 scale,the Nowicki-Stuickland Locus of Control Scale for Children of stay-at-home middle school students were much higher.The ordinal regression results showed that the left-behind feature,the higher grade,the self-report worse realtionship with farther,the external characteristic,somatization and hostile were the possible risk factors of the self-injurious behavior among the students.ConclusionThe stay-at-home middle school students are more external than the non-stay-at-home students,and the rates of self-injurious behavior and self-report symptom are higher.Measures should be made to protect the stay-at-home middle school students and to increase the quality of life among the students.
