乌鲁木齐市女性血尿酸水平与血糖及血脂关系

摘要: 目的 探讨新疆乌鲁木齐市女性高尿酸血症发病情况及与血糖、血脂水平关系。方法 调查乌鲁木齐市791名女性体检者,检测血尿酸、空腹血糖、血脂等指标,选择191例高尿酸血症患者为病例组,同期346名健康女性作为对照组,进行病例对照研究。结果 791名女性研究对象中,高尿酸血症检出人数191例,检出率为24.15%,女性血尿酸平均值及高尿酸血症检出率在各年龄段分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血尿酸值随年龄增高有所增加,≥60岁年龄组血尿酸值最高(327.23±88.24)μmol/L,高尿酸血症检出率以50～59岁年龄段最高为45.21%;女性绝经前后血尿酸水平(272.35±78.96),(317.64±80.45)μmol/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高尿酸血症组血糖、胆固醇及甘油三酯水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 女性在不同年龄段尿酸平均值及高尿酸血症患病率有明显差异,随着年龄增加,高尿酸血症的患病率有升高趋势。女性高尿酸血症与血糖、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、体质指数(BM I)呈明显正相关,绝经后的女性是高脂血症和高尿酸血症的易发人群。Abstract: Objective To know the prevalence of hyperuricemia and the association between serumuric acid and glucose,blood lipid among the women in Urumqi.Methods The glucose,serumuric acid(SUA)and body mass index (BMI)were measured among 791 female examinees.The detection results of 191 females with hyperuricemia and 346 health controls from the examinees were analyzed.Results The prevalence of hype ruricemia was 24.15% in the females.The concentrations of SUA and the hyperlipidemia showed significant defferences between the females at various age (P<0.05).The mean SUA(327.23±88.24μmoL)was the highest in the females above the age of 60.The SUA level (317.64±80.45 μmol/L)was higher in the females with menopause.Hyperuricemic females had significantly higher glucose,serum total cholesterol,and trigly ceride(P<0.05).Conclusion Hype ruricemia is positively correlated with age,glucose,tyigly ceride,total choleste ral,and BMI among the females in Urumqi city.
