农村计生服务人员工作满意度及影响因素分析

Professional satisfaction and related influencing factors among family planning service providers in rural area

  • 摘要: 目的 了解安徽省农村计划生育服务人员工作满意度水平及影响因素。方法 采用现场问卷调查法,对参加安徽省县乡两级计划生育服务培训班的198名学员进行匿名问卷调查。结果 计划生育服务人员对工作满意度的整体自评得分为(2.96±1.32)分,属于一般满意水平;9个维度中,得分最高的是同事关系(3.28±0.82)分,得分较低的是晋升(2.12±0.78)分、福利(2.33±0.90)分和薪酬(2.45±0.77)分;多因素线性回归分析结果表明,计划生育服务人员满意度的主要影响因素有福利(t=11.406,P=0.000)、沟通交流(t=-4.144,P=0.000)、工作条件(t=2.956,P=0.004)、收入(t=2.742,P=0.007)和性别(t=2.396,P=0.018)。结论 农村计划生育服务人员工作满意度总体处于较低水平,工作满意度与福利、沟通交流、工作条件、收入和性别因素有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To unde rstand professional satisfaction and related influencing factors among family planning service providers(FPSPs)in Anhui province.Methods Field survey was adopted with 198 participants accomplishing questionna iresanonym ously.Results The mean general satisfaction score of FPSPs was 2.96±1.32.The results showed that the score of companionship(3.28±0.82)was the highest while promotion(2.12±0.78),welfare(2.33±0.90),and salary(2.45±0.77)were the lowest among the nined miensions.Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that influencing factors of the satisfaction were welfare(t=11.406,P=0.000),communication(t=-4.144,P=0.000),work ing condition(t=2.956,P=0.004),income(t=2.742,P=0.007),and gender(t=2.396,P=0.018).Conclusion Professional satisfaction of FPSRs is lowering eneral and is affected by welfare,communication,working condition,income,and gender.
