海军岸勤官兵生存质量及影响因素分析

Quality of life and its influencing factors among navy coast servicemen

  • 摘要: 目的 了解海军岸勤官兵生存质量状况及其影响因素。方法 采用世界卫生组织生存质量简表和自编的一般情况问卷对320名海军岸勤官兵进行测试和分析。结果 海军岸勤官兵生存质量自评总分为(76.54±14.42)分,生理、心理、社会和环境领域的得分分别为(69.43±13.11),(66.26±14.92),(64.08±17.15)和(48.97±15.66)分;与武警官兵比较,其生理领域得分高于武警官兵,环境领域得分低于武警官兵(P<0.001);义务兵、士官和干部3种不同职别的岸勤官兵比较,在社会领域得分上,义务兵高于干部;在环境领域得分上,义务兵得分最高,干部得分最低;在自评总分上,义务兵和士官均高于干部(P<0.001);回归分析显示,与上级和战友的关系、对工资待遇的满意度、对专业的满意感、对环境的适应、对单位的满意感和年龄是影响岸勤官兵生存质量的重要影响因素。结论 海军岸勤官兵在环境领域的状况亟待改善,促进官兵之间的人际关系,增强官兵对单位、专业和工资待遇的满意感和对环境的适应有利于提高他们的生存质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the quality of life(QOL)and its influencing factors among navy coast servicemen.Methods To tally 320 navy coast servicemen were a ssessed with WHO Quality of Life-BREF and self made general condition questionnaire.Results The QOL scores of physiological,psychological,social,and environmental in the navy coast servicemen were 69.43±13.11,66.26±14.92,64.08±17.15,and 48.97±15.66,respectively.Compared with those of armed police forces,the physiological score was higher and the environmental score was significantly lower(P<0.001).The social score of compulsory servicemen was significantly higher than that of the officer and the environmental score was highest in compulsory service maen and lowest in the officers.The QOL self-assessed scores of compulsory servicemen and sergeants were all higher than that of the off icer(P<0.001).Regression analysis showed that the relation with leader and peer,wage satisfaction,professional satisfaction,environment adaption,workplace satisfaction,and age were the influencing factors of QOL.Conclusion The environmental status of navy coast servicemen should to be improved.Promoting in terpersonal relationship,enhance the satisfaction of workplace,professional and wage and the adaptation to the environment could miprove the quality of life among navy coast servicemen.
