大学生营养状况及饮食行为调查

Nutritional status and dietary behaviors among college students

  • 摘要: 目的 了解大学生营养状况及饮食行为,为提高其营养健康水平提供科学依据。方法 选取武汉工业学院871名在校大学生为调查对象,对不同生源大学生进行营养状况和饮食行为问卷调查,采用体质指数评价学生营养状况。结果 大学生中营养不良、超重及肥胖人数分别有175,6人,分别占20.1%,0.7%;男女生营养不良分别有49,26人,分别占男女生总人数的13.5%,24.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.852,P=0.000);不同生源及性别大学生进餐时间、饮食结构、月饮食消费等饮食行为差异有统计学意义;因子分析显示,3个主因子的累计贡献率达71%,第1,2,3主因子分别对每周水果消费频次、月饮食消费、每周喝奶频次的贡献率最大。结论 大学生营养不平衡的主要原因包括经济条件有限及营养知识认知不足;应加强大学生营养教育,提高学校餐饮质量,以进一步提高大学生的营养健康水平。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore nutrition status and dietary behaviors among college students for the miprovement of the irnutritional health.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 871 college students from wuhan Polytechnic University to collect in formation on their nutritional status and dietary behaviors.The students were divided into different groups according to their home town.Body mass index was used to evaluate students nutritional condition.Results Among the students 20.1%(175)were malnutrition,and 0.7%(6)were fat.There were 13.5% of male(49)and 24.8% of female(26)were malnutrition.The ratio of malnutrition in female college students was significantly higher than that of in male college students.There were significant differences between students with different home town and different gender in dietary speed,food structure,and monthly food consumption.The result of factor analysis showed that the contridution of the first three factors was up to 71% and the first three factors played the most important roles in weekly fruit consumption,monthly food consumption,and weekly milk consum ption.Conclusion The main reasons for nutrition mibalance among college students are ecomomical lmiitation and nutritional know ledge.The education about nutrition and theimprovement of food quality among college suudents should be streng thened to miprove nutritional health of college students.
