Abstract: Objective To research the effect of Bailong Jieyu granules onvictmis of wenchuan earthquake disaster with post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).Methods The victmis who were diagnosed as PTSD were administrated with Bailong Jieyu granules.The efficacy was evaluated with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results The SCL-90 scores of somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic factors were 1.93±0.92,2.04±0.92,1.89±0.97,1.83±1.02,1.67±0.93,1.57±0.96,respectively,which were higher than those of Chinese norm;while the score of in terpersonal sensitivity factor(1.59±0.96)was lower than that of Chinese norm(P<0.05).After the treamtent,scores of somatization(1.34±0.45),compulsion(1.69±0.61),depression(1.57±0.61),anxiety(1.42±0.43),hostility (1.50±0.57),phobic factors(1.33±0.47)were lower than those of before the treamtent(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The earthquake victmis had high incidence of PTSD and suffered from serious psychological problem.Bailong Jieyu granule has good effect on earthquake victmis with PTSD.
