基础教育教师应对方式与社会支持关系

Coping style and social support of basic educational teachers under new curriculum reform

  • 摘要: 目的探讨实施新课改的基础教育不同阶段教师应对方式和社会支持现状及其关系。方法用简易应对方式问卷和社会支持评定量表对725名教师进行调查。结果小学教师消极应对方式得分最少,为(12.07±3.14)分,积极应对方式得分最高的是幼儿园教师为(34.41±4.35)分;高中教师的客观支持得分最高,为(9.70±8.21)分,小学教师的主观社会支持得分最少,为(17.15±4.36)分,幼儿园次之;高中教师比其他阶段教师更趋向于较多采用消极应对方式,而较少使用积极应对方式,各阶段教师的支持利用度差异无统计学意义,但均与应对水平有关(P<0.05)。结论不同阶段教师应对方式和社会支持中各有特点;重点需认识主观支持并积极利用客观支持。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore social support and coping style and the relationship between them among basic eucational teachers.MethodsSimple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were administered to 725 teachers in basic education.ResultsThe negative coping score of the primary school teachers was the lowest.The positive coping score of kindergarten teachers was the highest.The impersonally support score of high school teachers was the highest.The subjective support score of the primary school teachers was the lowest.There was no significant difference in the degree of utilizalion of the support.The correlation was significant between coping style and utilization of social support.ConclusionThe social support,coping style and the mutual influence among the teachers in different schools are different.We should help teachers to realize subjective support and utilize social support.
