Abstract: ObjectiveTo understand HIV/AIDS related behavior among men who have sex with men(MSM)for implementing effective measures on AIDS prevention and control among MSM.MethodsWith snow ball sampling,945 MSM were anonym ously inve stig ated with a face-to-face interview.All data were analyzed with software SPSS 13.0.ResultsThe average age of MSM recruited was 26.9±7.4 years.The knowledge rate of HIV/AIDS was 89.0%.Among the MSM, 56.0% had more than 2 male sex partners in the previous six mouths,35.2% used condom persistently in the previous six moths and 64.4% used condom during the last sex with male.The results of multivariable regression nanlysis indicated that factors independently associated with persistent condomuse included age ≥31 years(odds ratioOR=0.67),education (OR=1.82),HIV counseling and testing(OR=1.75),and intervention(OR=1.85).ConclusionHigh-risk sexual behaviors are universal among MSM.Intervention and HIV counse ling and testing could promote condomuse in MSM.
