铀矿放射工作人员染色体畸变及微核分析

Chromosome aberration and micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers with uranium radiation exposure

  • 摘要: 目的 分析某铀矿放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率及其变化.方法 选取广东省某铀矿接受放射卫生监护健康体检的放射工作人员269人(放射组),未接触放射线的健康成人219人(对照组),采集静脉血,采用常规培养法检测淋巴细胞染色体畸变及微核,分析比较2组以及放射组不同工龄人员染色体畸变率和微核率.结果 放射组染色体总畸变率为0.68%,染色体型畸变率为0.25%,微核率为2.54‰,微核细胞率为2.44‰,均高于对照组(P<0.05);放射组工龄≤5年组及工龄≥30年组染色体总畸变率高于工龄5~30年组(P<0.05).结论 铀矿放射工作人员接触的电离辐射可引起外周血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率升高;从事放射工作工龄较短或较长者染色体总畸变率较高.

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte in workers with uranium radiation exposure for effective of radiation protection.Methods The subjects included two groups:269 uranium radiation exposed workers and 219 un-exposed healthy adults.The micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate were detected by conventional culture method.Results The rates of chromosomal overall aberration,chromosomal pattern aberration,micronucleus,and micronucleated cell in the radiation exposed group showed significant difference compared with those of the unexposed group(P < 0.05).Chromo soma loverall aberration rates of the exposed worker with the exposure 5 years or 30 years were significan thigher than exposed workers with 5.30 years exposure(P < 0.05).Conclusion Occupationa lionising radiation exposure may increase the rates of micro nucleus and chromo soma laberration and radiation protection should be streng thened among the workers with urainium radiation.
