枸杞和耐力训练对运动大鼠肝脏保护作用

Protective effect of lycium and endurance training on liver in rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨枸杞和耐力训练对运动大鼠肝组织自由基代谢和生化指标影响。方法 将64只8周龄雌性大鼠随机分为8组,训练组采用递增负荷游泳运动,药物组灌喂给予宁夏枸杞煎剂4周,观察大鼠安静和力竭状态下肝组织自由基代谢和生化指标变化。结果 服用枸杞和耐力训练使大鼠力竭游泳时间分别延长10.42%和19.18%;枸杞使安静状态和力竭运动后大鼠肝组织谷丙转氨酶(28.83±1.58)、(24.18±1.16)U/mL、肝胆碱酯酶(32.38±4.57、16.49±1.74)U/mgprot和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与丙二醛(MDA)比值(17.16±2.47)、(6.72±2.09)明显升高(P<0.01);枸杞组大鼠血糖(4.99±0.46)mmol/L和肝组织乳酸(1.72±0.46)mmol/gprot明显低于安静对照组(P<0.01),肝糖原含量(8.72±0.49)mg/g明显高于安静对照组(P<0.01);训练对力竭状态下大鼠各指标变化趋势与枸杞基本相同。结论 枸杞有保护肝脏作用,耐力训练能减轻力竭运动时肝脏损伤。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of lycium and endurance training on liverce llular free radical metabolism and some biochemical indexes of inrats.Methods Sixty-four eight week old female rats were randomly assigned to 8 groups.The training groups were trained by progressive intensity endurance swmiming,and the medicine-treamtent groups were fed with lycium for 4 weeks.Then liver cellular free radical metabo lism and some biochemical indexes of the rats at rest and exhaustive were tested.Results The tmie of exhaustive swmiming could be significantly prolonged by 10.42% and 19.18% after taking lycium and training.Lycium could significantly increase the activity of liver pyruvic transaminase (GPT),cholinesterase(ChE),and the ratio of superoxide dismutase/malondialdehyde(P < 0.01) in rats at rest and endurance training.Lycium could decrese the content of blood glycogen and liver lactic acid(P < 0.01),while increase the content of liver glycogen in rest groups(P < 0.01).Effect of training on the trend of indexes in rats at exhaustive state was basically the same with lycium.Conclusion Lycium has a function of protecting liver,and endurance training can decrease liver damage.
