贫困民族地区儿童心理发展母亲影响因素分析

Maternal factors of mental development among children in poor rural minority area

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨贫困民族地区母亲因素对儿童心理发展的影响.方法 分层整群抽样法抽取宁夏回族自治区固原市7所农村小学2 007名学生,利用Piers-Harris自我意识量表、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表、儿童孤独量表、儿童社交焦虑量表和自编问卷进行调查.结果 儿童心理发展总体偏低;不同受教育程度母亲的儿童心理发展(除社交焦虑外)的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),文盲母亲的儿童自我意识总分(49.12±9.95)分明显低于小学(51.13±9.91)分、初中及以上组(51.81±10.28)分;控制儿童性别、年龄、民族等人口学因素后,分层线性回归表明,母亲受教育程度对儿童心理发展仍有明显影响(P<0.05);母亲不同职业对儿童心理发展影响各不相同;母亲经济收入与儿童心理发展的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05);母亲民主型教养方式对儿童心理发展的各方面有保护作用.结论 贫困民族地区儿童心理发展水平总体偏低,母亲受教育程度、职业、经济收入、教养方式是影响儿童心理发展的重要因素.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore maternal factors for mental development among the children in poor rural minority area.Methods Totally 2007 pupils and their mothers were selected from 7 primary schools in the poor rural minority areas of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with random cluster sampling and surveyed with Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale,Infants-Junior Middle School Student Social-Life Ability Scale,Children's Loneliness Scale,Social Anxiety Scale for Children,the Parent Behavior Report,and a questionnaire including demographic information and maternal factors.Results The level of mental development of the children was significantly lower than that of the national norms.There was a significant difference in mental development between the children with mothers educated differently except social anxiety.Hierarchical linear regression analyses showed that maternal education had a significant effect on mental development of the children after adjustment for demographic status(B=-0.074-0.106,P < 0.05).The occupation of the mother had an effect on the mental development of the children.Maternal income was significantly correlated with the mental development of the children(r=-0.088-0.134,P < 0.05).Maternal inductive parenting pattern was most beneficial to the mental development of the children,whereas maternal indifferent pattern was most harmful.Conclusion The mental development of the children is generally at a lowlevel and maternal education,occupation,income and parenting pattern play important roles in mental development of the children in poor rural minority area.
