明矾对大鼠脑ATP酶活性及钙、镁元素含量影响

Effect of alumen on activity of ATPase and contents of Ca and Mg in cerebrum of rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨食品添加剂明矾对大鼠脑组织中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶活性以及钙、镁元素含量的影响.方法 选择雄性Wistar大鼠32只,按体重随机分为4组,对照组、低、中、高剂量明矾组,连续喂养30 d后测定大鼠脑组织中Na+K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性及脑组织中铝、钙、镁元素含量,并进行脑组织病理切片观察.结果 低、中、高剂量明矾组脑组织中铝含量分别为(2.19±0.39)、(2.48±0.33)、(3.52±0.41)μg/g,明显高于对照组(0.52±0.12)μg/g(P<0.01);高剂量组大鼠脑组织中镁元素含量、Mg2+-ATP酶活性明显低于对照组(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组Na+K+-ATP酶活性分别为(2.87±0.26)、(1.91±0.11)、(0.24±0.10)μmolPi/mgprot.h,均明显低于对照组(3.28±0.35)μmolPi/mgpro.th(P<0.05);病理学观察显示,随着明矾的摄入,大鼠脑组织细胞出现间质水肿,细胞质疏松等病理变化.结论 明矾可以影响大鼠脑组织细胞正常结构,并影响ATP酶活性及钙、镁元素的含量.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of alumen in food on the activity of ATPase and the contents of Ca and Mg in the cerebrum of rats.Methods Thirty-two Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups at random by weight.The activity of Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase and contents of Al,Ca and Mg in cerebrum tissues were determined.The pathological changes of the cerebrum were observed.Results The contents of Al of low,moderate,and high dose alu-men group were 2.19±0.39,2.48±0.33,and 3.52±0.41 μg/g and significant higher than that of the negative control group(0.52±0.12 μg/g).The magnesium concentration and the activity of Mg2+-ATPase of the high alumen group was lower than that of the negative control group.The activity of Na+K+-ATPase of low,moderate,and high dose alumen group were 2.87±0.26,1.91±0.11,and 0.24±0.10 μmolPi/mgprot/hour and lower than that of the negative control group(3.28±0.35 μmolPi/mgprot/hour).Pathological study showed intercellular substance edema and cytoplasm porosity of the the brain cells of the rats with alumen exposure..Conclusion Alumen can change normal structure of cell,influence the activity of ATPase and contents of Ca and Mg in the cerebrum of rats.
