广西不同地区人群血清p16、p21蛋白水平比较

Serum p16 and p21 protein expression among people living in Bama county of Guangxi

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨长寿与衰老相关蛋白p16、p21表达水平间的关系,为长寿机制和抗衰老研究提供科学依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法对广西长寿地区的巴马县和一般地区的南丹县分别抽取201和119名健康居民进行血清学检测,比较广西壮族自治区不同地区人群血清p16、p21蛋白表达水平.结果 巴马县居民的血清p16、p21蛋白表达水平分别为(1.52±1.07)和(1.86±0.97)ng/mL,均低于南丹县居民的(3.12±1.34)和(3.33±1.28)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2县不同性别人群血清p16、p21蛋白表达水平比较,巴马县男性和女性的血清p16、p21蛋白表达水平均低于南丹县,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2县不同年龄组人群血清p16、p21蛋白表达水平比较,巴马县<40、40~、50~、60~、70~和≥80岁年龄组居民的p16、p21蛋白表达水平均低于南丹县(P<0.01).结论 广西壮族自治区巴马县人群长寿现象可能与p16、p21蛋白表达水平较低存在一定关系.

     

    Abstract: Objective To examine serum p16 and p21 protein expression among people living in Bama county,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and to study the relationship between longevity and p16 and p21 protein.Methods Two hundred and one healthy individuals from longevity villages of Bama county were selected as the case group and another 119 healthy individuals from Nandan county as the control group.The levels of p16 and p21 protein expression were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The levels of p16 and p21 protein of the case group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The levels of p16 and p21 of different age categories and gender of the case group were all significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The levels of p16 and p21 protein expression are much lower in individuals from longevity villages than in those from other areas,suggesting that longevity might be associated with lower expression of p16 and p21 protein.
