叶酸预防神经管畸形干预技术培训效果评价

Evaluation of training effects of intervention technology on folic acid for deformity of neural tube in rural areas

  • 摘要: 目的评价叶酸对神经管畸形干预技术的培训效果。方法对河南省5县174名医疗卫生服务人员进行问卷调查,比较培训前后专业技能水平及培训满意度,评价教学效果,并对培训效果相关因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果通过培训,学员的专业技能平均分从培训前的65.36分提高到培训后的81.67分,培训前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);培训后学历高、工龄长、技术职称高、从事计划生育工作人员专业技能的提高程度明显高于其他人群(P<0.05);>87.93%的学员对培训效果感到满意;培训效果的影响因素主要有:工作单位(OR=0.263)、工龄(OR=1.748)、文化程度(OR=7.098)、技术职称(OR=4.478)和从事专业(OR=6.211)。结论培训取得了较好效果,该培训模式和方法适宜在农村大面积推广和应用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate training effects of intervention technology on folic acid for deformity of neural tube in rural areas.MethodsThe level of specialized skill and satisfaction were compared before and after the training among 174 participants and logistic regression model was applied to data analysis.ResultsAll participants'specialized skill achieved progress after the training and the mean score was increased from 65.36 before the training to 81.67 after the training with a significant difference(P<0.001).The mean score was significantly higher in participants with high education level,longer work period,higher technical qualification,and family plan technology background(P<0.05).Totally 87.93% of respondents regarded the training as a good program and teaching and the learning reached the expected aim.Factors influencing the training effects included level of workunit(odds ratioOR=0.263),work period(OR=1.748), education level(OR=7.098),technical qualification(OR=4.478),and the professional engaged(OR=6.211).ConclusionThe effect of the training is good and the training model and method on health technology are suitable for the generalization in rural areas.
