Abstract:
Objective To investigate anti-tumor effects of genistein and dendritic cell(DC) vaccine on mice H22 hepatocarcinoma cells.
Methods Confocal microscopy and flowcytometry were used to detect cell apoptosis in vitro.Westernblot was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-associated gene Bax,caspase-3 and bcl-2 in vitro.
Results Genistein and DC vaccine could significantly inhibit the growth and induce the apoptosis of H22 cells.Flowcytometry detection showed that the apoptosis rate of genistein and DC treatment H22 cells was significantly higher than that of 1640 control group(14.488±1.660 vs 3.019±0.327).Genistein and DC vaccine could reduce the expression of apoptosis-regulated gene bcl-2 and improve the expression of apoptosis-regulated gene bax, caspase 3.
Conclusion Genistein and DC vaccine can suppress the growth of hepatocarcinoma cells.
