刺老苞根皮黄酮对大鼠骨折愈合骨质代谢影响

Effects of Aralia echinocaulis Hand.Mazz flavonoids on bone metabolism in rat fracture model

  • 摘要: 目的 研究刺老苞根皮黄酮对大鼠胫骨骨折模型骨质变化影响。方法 6周龄SD(雌雄各半)大鼠随机分5组,每组10只;刺老苞根皮黄酮高、中、低剂量组(30、20、10 mg/kg)和对照组、模型组,连续灌胃28 d,分别于灌胃第4、7、14、21、28 d进行骨代谢相关参数(碱性磷酸转移酶、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸以及总胶原蛋白)测定。结果 与对照组比较,模型组骨碱性磷酸转移酶(245.7±20.9)U/L、骨钙素(3.12±1.10)U/L、羟脯氨酸(8.69±1.81)μg/mL含量均降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,高剂量刺老苞根皮黄酮组骨折28d骨碱性磷酸转移酶活性(292.3±23.2)U/L、骨钙素(3.88±1.15)U/L、羟脯氨酸(14.01±3.01)μg/mL含量均升高(P<0.01)。结论 刺老苞根皮黄酮可以改善大鼠胫骨骨折骨代谢状况,有利骨折愈合修复。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effects of Aralia edinocaulis Hand.Mazz flavonoids on bone metablism in SD rat tibia fracture model.Methods Six weeks old SD rats(25 male and 25 female) were randomly divided into five groups (10 in each group).The control group and model group were given physiological saline and the flavonoids treatment groups were given Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids at the dosages of 30,20,and 10 mg/kg·bw for 28 days.On the 4th,7th,14th,21st,and 28th day,bone metablism parameters(alkaline phosphatase,hydroxyproline,osteocalcin,and total bone collagen) of all groups were measured and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (292.3±23.2 U/L),hydroxyproline(8.69±1.81 μg/mL),osteocalcin(3.88±1.15 U/L) in the model group w ere significantly decreased(P< 0.01).How ever,those indicators of the Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids groups increased significantly with the ALP of 245.7±20.9 U/L,hydroxyproline of 14.01±3.01 μg/mL,and osteocalcin of 3.12±1.10 U/L,compared with those of the model group(P< 0.01 for all).Conclusion Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids can imporve the bone metabolism in rats with tibia fracture and promote the process of fracture healing.
