中学生抑郁与家庭环境及应对方式关系

Correlation between depression and familial environment and coping style among middle school students

  • 摘要: 目的探讨中学生抑郁与家庭亲密度、应对方式的关系。方法于2010年10月,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESII-CV)和简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)对安徽省合肥市3所中学3 040名学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果中学生中有抑郁表现的1 031人,检出率为33.91%;中学生抑郁得分为(37.95±6.64)分,高于中国常模的(33.5±8.60)分,差异有统计学意义(t=36.798,P<0.01);中学生抑郁影响因素主要包括家庭环境、学校环境、学习压力和应对方式。结论家庭环境及应对方式是中学生心理健康的影响因素。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between depression and familial environment and coping style among middle school students.MethodsIn October 2009,62 classes from 3 schools were randomly selected in three administrative districts of Hefei city,China.Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale-Chinses Version(FACESII-CV)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were applied.Results Totally 3 065 students were investigated and 3 040 responded with a response rate of 99.18%.Among all responders, there were 1 031 students had depressive symptoms and the prevalence rate was 33.91%.The average score of depression of the students was 37.95±6.64 and higher than that of the domestic norm(33.5±8.60)with a significant difference(t=36.798,P<0.01).The identified major influential factors of the deperession symptoms included school environment,the adaptability and cohesion of family,study stress,and coping style.ConclusionFamilial environment and coping style both have impact on mental health in middle school students.
