没食子酸抑菌活性分析

  • 摘要: 目的通过测定没食子酸的体外抑菌活性,为其相关抑菌药物的研制提供科学依据。方法采用纸片扩散法测定没食子酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑制作用及其最小抑菌浓度。结果没食子酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌抑菌环直径依次为9.00、7.50、8.50、9.45 mm,阳性对照组中青霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌抑菌环依次为32.00、18.00 mm;头孢他啶对大肠埃希菌、肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌的抑菌环依次为36.00、39.50、37.00 mm;两性霉素对白色念球菌的抑菌环直径为15.00 mm,阳性对照效果良好,表明实验结果比较可靠,没食子酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌均有较好的抑制作用;经过初次筛选、二次筛选,得到没食子酸对以上4个菌种的最小抑菌浓度分别为1、5、<0.5、10 mg/mL,其中对肠炎沙门菌抑菌效果最好。结论没食子酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌均有较好的抑制作用,具有开发相关抑菌药物的价值。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo detect the antimicrobial activity of galic acid and to provide basis for the development of antibacterial drugs.MethodsThe disk diffusion method was applied to test the antimicrobial activity and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of galic acid on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritidis,Salmonella typhimurium,Bacillus cereus and Candida albicans.Results The galic acid had antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium,with the inhibition zone diameters of 9.0,7.5, 8.5,and 9.45 mm and the minimum inhibitory concentration values of 1,5,<0.5,and 10 mg/mL,respectively.ConclusionThe galic acid has antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium and could be developed as an antibacterial drug.
