Survey on commercial sex among men who have sex with men in Beijing with Simmons model

摘要: 目的 了解北京市男男性行为人群(MSM)商业性男男性行为的发生比例,为制定和实施艾滋病防控措施提供参考依据。方法 于2009年7-12月在分层随机抽样下应用敏感问题随机应答Simmons模型及推导出的相应统计公式,调查估计北京市MSM人群商业性男男性行为的发生比例。结果 北京市2009年7-12月MSM人群通过实体活动场所交友发生商业性男男性行为的比例及其估计方差分别为11.9%(44/372)和8.09×10-4;通过互联网交友发生商业性男男性行为的比例及其估计方差分别为3.29%(18/545)和4.25×10-4,实体活动场所比例高于互联网(Z=-2.46,P=0.014);2类场所MSM人群商业性男男性行为的合计发生比例及其估计方差分别为5.11%(47/917)和3.01×10-4,总体比例的95%CI为0.017~0.085。结论 实体活动场所MSM人群发生商业性男男性行为比例较高。

Abstract: Objective To study the proportion of commercial sex among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Beijing and to provide basis for corresponding AIDS prevention and control program.Methods With stratified random sampling,Simmons model and the corresponding formulas were adopted to investigate the proportion of commercial sex among MSM in Beijing during July to December,2009.Results During the period,the estimated proportion of commercial sex among MSM in actual venues and internet in Beijing were 11.9% and 3.29%,respectively,and the overall rate was 5.11% with the 95% confidence limit of 0.017 to 0.085.The proportion of commercial sex event in actual venues was significantly higher than that finding partner through internet.Conclusion The proportion of finding commercial sex partner among MSM in actual venues is higher than that through the internet among the MSM in Beiing. -
