Abstract: Objective To investigate the satisfaction to and influencing factors of premarital care service in Fujian province and to provide evidence for the development of premarital care services.Methods A total of 830 people taking premarital physical examination in Fuzhou,Putian,Sanming,Jinjiang,and Shishi city,Gulou and Xiangcheng district,Datian and Shaxian county were randomly selected and surveyed with a questionnaire.Results The average satisfaction score was 4.51±0.65.The five aspects with the lower score were convenience of transportation(78%,647/830),waiting condition(86.1%,715/830),waiting time(87.5%,726/830),propaganda and education(87.8%,729/830),and timely report(88.1%,731/830).The average scores were significantly different among the participants of different sex,residence and age(P＜0.05 for all).Conclusion The people taking premarital care services were satistaction to the premarital care services.But the premarital care service needs to be improved in some aspects such as the service for the female and rural residents.
